Welcome to Youth Services of McHenry County Pioneer Center, where we offer a variety of services to help young adults struggling with addiction and mental health issues. Our dual diagnosis program provides comprehensive treatment for those who are dealing with both substance abuse and mental health disorders. We also offer outpatient rehab and cognitive behavioral therapy for those who need less intensive treatment.
