About New Hope Community Service Center

New Hope Community Service Center is a private non profit provider of outpatient opioid treatment in Chicago, Illinois offering medication supported recovery for adults and young adults.

The center delivers a continuum of outpatient services, but its federally certified opioid treatment program stands at the heart of its mission.

Opioid Treatment Program

The opioid treatment program is SAMHSA certified and CARF accredited, providing methadone maintenance alongside structured counseling for adults living with opioid use disorder.

The program serves a diverse population including adult men and women, justice involved clients, individuals with HIV/AIDS and those managing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Clients engage in counseling supported by evidence based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and relapse prevention, 12 step facilitation and matrix model services.
