About Centerstone Fellowship House Campus

At Union County Counseling and Residential Services, we offer a variety of programs and services to meet the needs of our clients. We offer dual diagnosis services for those struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues, as well as young adult and adult rehab programs. Our elderly rehab program is designed to help those over 65 years of age regain their independence and live a fulfilling life. We also have men’s and women’s rehab programs, as well as an inpatient rehab program for those who need more intensive treatment. In addition to our traditional therapy offerings, we also have experiential therapy, fitness therapy, and recreational therapy to help our clients heal in mind, body, and spirit.
