About Ready Willing and Able

Ready, Willing & Able is a recovery housing and transitional employment program in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, providing structured substance use recovery support for adult men working toward long-term sobriety.

Located on Bainbridge Street, the program combines recovery housing, paid transitional work and case management with a clear mission: helping men achieve sobriety, full-time employment and independent living.

Recovery Housing with MAT Supportive Programs

The core level of care at Ready, Willing & Able is transitional recovery housing, with stays typically lasting nine to twelve months.

Residents are connected with external intensive outpatient providers and offered medication assisted treatment when clinically appropriate, with admissions coordinated through Philadelphia’s Office of Addiction Services.

Participants receive one-on-one counseling, relapse prevention, peer recovery support and access to Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

Case management addresses employment, physical and mental health, legal matters and financial wellness, while job readiness, occupational training and budgeting education prepare men for lasting independence.
