Welcome to Wesley Family Services Greensburg. We provide a variety of services to help people of all ages overcome addiction and mental health issues. Our dual diagnosis program helps those struggling with both addiction and mental health disorders. We also offer programs specifically for young adults, adults, and seniors. Our outpatient rehab program allows people to receive treatment while still living at home. And our Assertive Community Treatment program helps those with severe mental illness to live and work in the community.
