Welcome to Long Island Jewish Medical Center Northwell Health Project Outreach. Our goal is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care for those struggling with addiction and mental health issues. We offer a variety of services including alcohol and drug rehab, dual diagnosis treatment, outpatient services, and aftercare support. Our experienced and caring staff provides individualized treatment using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
