About Mosaic Mental Health

Mosaic Mental Health, formerly the Riverdale Mental Health Association, is a long running Bronx behavioral health organization providing outpatient addiction and co-occurring mental health services.

The organization serves adults and children, families and seniors with counseling, group therapy and psychiatry, case management and recovery oriented support for those affected by chemical dependency.

Mosaic uses evidence based treatment plans to help clients move toward mental wellness, improved relationships and productive and fulfilling lives.

Outpatient Addiction Treatment in the Bronx

Mosaic’s core addiction offering is delivered through the ReSolve Center for Recovery, a counseling and group based program for clients and families affected by chemical dependency.

Each client is assigned an individual counselor along with a personalized group treatment plan tailored to their recovery goals.

Treatment blends therapy and a 12 step influenced approach that encourages family participation throughout the process.

Sessions focus on building lasting recovery skills while addressing co-occurring mental health needs through dual diagnosis care.

Whole Person Recovery

Beyond therapy alone, Mosaic offers a broader continuum that helps stabilize recovery over the long term.

Services include medication consultation and psychiatry, case management and vocational supports such as work readiness training and supported employment.

This community based model connects recovery to everyday functioning, employment and lasting stability.
