About Harvest Farm

Harvest Farm is a men’s long term residential rehabilitation program operated by Fort Collins Rescue Mission in Wellington, Colorado.

The New Life Program offers 5 to 9 months of structured residential care for men overcoming addiction and homelessness, with Bible study, counseling, life skills training, work readiness development and case management.

Set on a rural 100 acre working farm, Harvest Farm provides men with a fresh start away from city temptations and the opportunity to rebuild stability and self sufficiency.

Faith Based Addiction Recovery for Men

Harvest Farm serves up to 72 men at a time in a structured, Christian focused environment designed for adults 18 and older ready to break cycles of addiction and destructive habits.

Participants must be open to the message of Christ and willing to commit to random drug and alcohol testing throughout the program.

Treatment combines counseling and education with hands-on work therapy in the farm setting.

Men engage in structured courses covering addiction management, anger management, self awareness, budgeting and debt elimination, addressing both substance use and the life challenges that fuel it.

As one New Life Program graduate shared, the program helped him develop integrity, responsibility and the skills to become a productive member of society.

Work Readiness and Life Skills Development

Beyond clinical treatment, Harvest Farm emphasizes workforce reintegration with resume building, interview skills training and daily work therapy opportunities on the farm.

Participants must be physically able to work and walk 3 to 5 miles daily, supporting both physical and personal accountability as part of recovery.
