About Santa Clara County Veterans Outreach Program VIDA NUEVA

Santa Clara County Veterans Outreach Program VIDA NUEVA is a non-profit organization that provides transitional housing and supportive services to low-income and homeless veterans in Santa Clara County. VIDA NUEVA operates three transitional housing facilities, each with 12-18 beds, and provides case management and other supportive services to residents. VIDA NUEVA also operates a drop-in center and a food pantry, which are open to all veterans in the community.
