PRC Robertson Place provides transitional treatment in San Francisco.

As part of PRC Baker Places the center serves adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

The 12-bed residence offers up to 90 days of structured care with on-site day treatment, counseling, crisis intervention and treatment planning.

Built around a social rehabilitation model, the program helps residents rebuild daily living skills in a homelike, peer-supported environment that prioritizes dignity and community.

Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment

Robertson Place specializes in integrated care for adults navigating serious mental health conditions alongside substance use challenges.

With only 12 beds, the program provides a more intimate, structured setting where clinical support and community living go hand in hand.

Sessions blend counseling, group work, assessment and discharge planning, with referrals to vocational and community resources to support long-term reintegration.

Healing Spaces and Social Rehabilitation

Through PRC’s Healing Spaces Initiative, Robertson Place has been renovated to include a calming backyard retreat, refreshed kitchen and dining areas and a recreational lounge for art, games and movie nights.

The social rehabilitation model emphasizes accountability, peer connection and the practical skills needed for independent living.

Robertson Place also provides Spanish-language support via Language Line and an ADA-compliant facility.
