CRASH Golden Hill House II is a residential substance use disorder treatment facility in the Golden Hill area of San Diego serving both men and women.

The program treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions using individualized care within a modified therapeutic community model.

The center emphasizes individual responsibility for recovery and productive re-entry into the community, helping clients build lasting, sustainable lives beyond sobriety.

Residential Substance Use Treatment

As part of CRASH, Inc. a San Diego recovery organization with more than 50 years of service Golden Hill House II offers structured residential treatment for men and women.

The program includes individual recovery planning, counseling, alcohol and drug education and relapse prevention workshops.

Within a modified therapeutic community clients engage in group problem-solving exercises and approaches that address the underlying drivers of addiction.

Recreational and social activities are woven into the program to support healthy connection and long-term stability.

Community Re-Entry and Family Reconnection

This program looks beyond sobriety toward productive community re-entry with vocational services, job preparation, money management, time management and support returning to school.

Family-centered elements include family night and supervised parent-child visitation helping clients reconnect with loved ones.

The goal is for each resident to become a fully participating member of the community before discharge.
