About Tri City Mental Health Adult Services

Tri City Mental Health Center in Pomona, California, is a comprehensive care facility that provides a range of services to adults, adolescents and their families. They have an outpatient program here that will support you if you have a substance use disorder or are navigating a co-occurring diagnosis. Through the outpatient care here, you’ll be connected to evidence based therapies. You’ll work with a dedicated team that will help you plan a path to success and sobriety.

The outpatient program includes an intensive psychiatric assessment. If you have underlying behavioral health struggles accompanying your substance use struggles, they will be identified and treated. With these therapies, you’ll learn how to identify triggers and manage stressful emotions.
