Welcome to Horizon Services Chrysalis. Our facility offers a variety of services to help those struggling with addiction and mental health issues. We offer alcohol and dual diagnosis rehab programs as well as opioid addiction and adult programs. Our women’s rehab and young adult rehab programs are designed to meet the unique needs of these populations. We also offer inpatient and outpatient services, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, family therapy, group therapy, individual therapy, and trauma therapy. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care that will help our clients heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. Therapies

Cognitive Behavior Therapy
