About Triumph Treatment Services Riel House

Set in the heart of central Washington’s Yakima Valley, the Riel House campus of Triumph Treatment Services offers something rare and deeply personal in addiction treatment. This is a residential program where mothers and their young children can heal together. It’s one of their pregnant and parenting women programs, or PPW. Located on Superior Lane, the facility provides compassionate, evidence based care in a region known for its agricultural roots, mountain views, and strong cultural ties.

Where Recovery and Motherhood Coexist

From what I can tell, Riel House is not just treatment focused. It’s also about giving moms a supportive environment to stay with their children while rebuilding their lives. The ability to remain together during treatment can be a powerful motivation for women to seek care, knowing they won’t have to be separated from their child indefinitely.

Their approach is grounded in the 12 step Minnesota model, but it’s flexible. Triumph Treatment and Riel House personalize every treatment plan, working closely with social workers and referents to best meet clients’ needs. They also offer co-occurring disorder treatment for women facing mental health and substance use issues.

Real Life Tools for a Productive Future

I’m impressed to learn that clients at Riel House can utilize on-site therapeutic childcare and nursing visits, and have access to medical and dental care for moms and kids. This full circle support system also includes classes in parenting, anger management, domestic violence, and tobacco cessation. Art therapy and Seeking Safety groups promote healing and empowerment through supportive, non clinical approaches.

While payment details aren’t readily available, Triumph has a long history of providing low income and publicly funded treatment. Be sure to call to verify.
