The PACT program is specifically tailored for those with severe and persistent mental illness alongside substance use needs.

The Bellingham location features open access entry points, including walk-in MAR Rapid Response hours on Mondays and Thursdays and open access SUD assessments Monday through Thursday from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
