About Friends of Youth Duvall

Welcome to Friends of Youth Duvall! We offer a variety of services to help our clients overcome addiction and mental health issues. We offer dual diagnosis treatment for those who suffer from both addiction and mental illness. We also have specialized programs for LGBTQ individuals and young adults. Our outpatient rehab program offers a variety of therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, experiential therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and individual therapy.
