About Pike County Recovery Council

Pike County Recovery Council is an addiction treatment center in Waverly, Ohio providing comprehensive drug and alcohol rehab and mental health services for adolescents and adults across southern Ohio. Care includes residential treatment including a women’s residential program, as well as partial hospitalization, and outpatient services along with recovery and transitional housing.

A Full Continuum of Addiction Treatment

Clients can begin with an assessment and enter the level of care that best fits their needs, including residential rehab, partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient programs (IOP). For those stepping down from higher levels of care, the Recovery Council also offers certified recovery and transitional housing, including family reunification and stabilization housing.

Programming blends evidence based therapy and structured support, combining approaches such as CBT, motivational interviewing and 12 step facilitation. Trauma informed services include specialized therapies like EMDR for trauma survivors, plus the Matrix model for stimulant addiction, relapse prevention, anger management, and family focused stabilization services for long term recovery.

Services for Pregnant and Justice Involved Clients

Located in Waverly near Lake White State Park in rural Pike County, this treatment center treats adolescents and adults, including pregnant and postpartum women, trauma survivors, and criminal justice referrals.

The facility accepts Medicaid and government or federal funding. They also accept private pay, with sliding fee scales and financial assistance as needed.
