Miami Valley Recovery is an outpatient addiction treatment center in Dayton, Ohio providing personalized care for adults struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.

The program combines medication assisted treatment, therapy and case management to support recovery from substance use and mental health conditions.

I want to point out that clients are welcomed into a compassionate and dignity focused environment designed to make outpatient recovery accessible and sustainable.

Miami Valley Recovery specializes in outpatient care with many clients beginning in an intensive outpatient program before stepping down based on clinical review.

Services include drug and alcohol assessments, therapy and family sessions, case management and medication assisted treatment with options such as Suboxone and Subutex, Vivitrol and Antabuse.

Therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and relapse prevention.

Who can get help here?

The center serves adults facing drug or alcohol addiction including those with dual diagnosis and mental health concerns.

Specialty groups include gender specific and grief, forgiveness and pregnancy, WRAP and life skills tracks along with Mothers on Buprenorphine, which supports pregnant and parenting clients in recovery.

Where is the facility located?

Miami Valley Recovery is located at 1 Elizabeth Place in Dayton, near the Great Miami River with convenient access via the Edwin C Moses bus stop.

The office is open Monday through Friday, with weekend appointments available.

What about insurance and payment?

The program accepts all forms of Ohio Medicaid and some private insurance plans with self pay options available.

Weekly self pay rates include medication management and toxicology screening, therapy and nursing services, and billing details are reviewed before the first appointment.
