The outpatient clinic uses therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and EMDR for mental health and substance use treatment. Community Mobile Teams pair licensed clinicians with peer support specialists for in-home response, and forensic evaluation services support court and probate referrals.

Who can get help at Netcare Access?

The center primarily serves adults 18 and older with mental health crises, substance use challenges or both. Forensic and probate evaluation services are also available for individuals involved with the court system.

The location offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.

What insurance and payment options?

Netcare Access accepts Ohio Medicaid and Medicare and uses the Franklin County ADAMH sliding fee scale for individuals without insurance. No one is turned away for inability to pay.
