Allina Health Unity Hospital, now known as Mercy Hospital – Unity Campus offers intensive outpatient addiction treatment in Fridley, Minnesota as a central focus of its Center for Mental Health & Addiction.

While the campus provides a full continuum of mental health and addiction services, its intensive outpatient program stands out as a flexible and hospital based path to recovery.

The program is designed to help adults and adolescents build lasting tools for sobriety while remaining connected to daily life.

Intensive Outpatient Addiction Treatment

The IOP at Unity Campus serves adults and adolescents managing substance use disorders including those with co-occurring conditions such as depression and anxiety, ADD and PTSD.

Available both in person and virtually, the program offers step down levels of care, individual and group counseling, and addiction medication management within a licensed hospital setting.

Clients can expect evidence based therapies, skills development and relapse prevention planning, family education and aftercare programming.

The integrated model addresses mind and body, spirit and relationships, with supportive elements like recreational and spiritual activities woven into care.
