About Ten16 Recovery Network
Outpatient counseling is offered at Ten16 Recovery Network, an addiction treatment center in Midland, Michigan and it’s been a nonprofit since 1979. They don’t prescribe medication in outpatient counseling.
If you already get medication-assisted treatment from another prescriber, you can still come and they’ll refer you to another provider for it.
Midland Houses and Drop-In
Ten16 runs two sober houses in Midland. Eastman House, near downtown, holds 14 men.
Residential treatment is separate from those houses. It sits outside Midland, and a stay usually runs 30 to 45 days.
That stay means you live at the center instead of going home at night.
The original Recovery Center is in Midland. It’s a drop-in space with coffee and computers, in a relaxed setting instead of a clinical office, and anyone pursuing recovery can use it. The sessions are abstinence-based, in groups or in individual therapy.
They’ll connect you with 12-step groups and other support groups in your community. Telehealth is case by case, and the first assessment is in person.
They take Medicaid, the Healthy Michigan Plan and MIChild, and they take private insurance.
Treatment fees slide with income and household size. If you’re uninsured or under-insured, with limited resources, block grant funds can support your treatment.
