DISC Village Leon County Human Services Center is located on West Tharpe Street in Tallahassee, Florida. They offer access to care for your mental health issues and substance use disorder through outpatient and inpatient rehab programs, and provide you with aftercare support to promote your continued sobriety. They also have numerous other services like child welfare case management and family visitation services.

MAT Program for Alcohol and Opioid Addiction

They may support your recovery through medication assisted treatment if you are experiencing an addiction to alcohol or opioids. Medication may help you control cravings and other negative effects from withdrawal. They will ensure, during your treatment, that your medication is carefully managed and supervised.

Their MAT is combined with counseling and behavioral health therapies for long-term recovery. They specialize in treatment for both opioid and alcohol use disorders providing FDA-approved medications that will ease the burden and discomforts of your withdrawal.

Natural Bridge Recovery Center for Men

Their Natural Bridge Recovery Center offers a post-residential treatment recovery support group for men that focuses on methods for making the transition to independent living in recovery. Their staff will work with you to create goals for independent sober living through therapy and counseling with peer support.

They will work with you on incorporating nutrition into your recovery too through nutritional counseling and regular screenings. They will provide you with the tools you’ll need to heal your body as you work through therapy and medication on healing your mind.
