Located on the bay in St. Pete Beach, Florida, is Dr. Paul’s Trauma Resort. This is a drug and alcohol treatment facility that operates under the Spencer recovering Center Network. They serve adults, including working professionals, who are struggling with substance use.

This facility offers both outpatient and inpatient services along with medical detox. There are several financing options here that will cover the cost of tuition for care. There are also treatment scholarships offered through Spencer’s Recovery that you can apply for if cost is a burden.

You’ll find traditional approaches to care including evidence based therapies here. However, they stand out because of their efforts that go above and beyond traditional recovery support.

For example, they have a one year satellite program that allows you to receive care while working towards becoming a certified addiction counselor. After this, you can literally become a change maker in your community by helping others navigate similar struggles that you’re facing.

Their care is rooted in evidence-based practices, and is designed to help you succeed in your journey to recovering. There’s medical detoxification using Suboxone if you’re navigating opioid recovery. There’s also a big focus on holistic healing and you’ll find a range of recreational supports.

Care is truly individualized to your treatment needs and there are different services that can help you. For example, they have what’s known as their Grace Track for Christians, a program that includes faith based support. There’s also trauma focused care as well.
