Operation PAR Spring Hill is a CARF accredited outpatient medication assisted treatment provider serving adults in Hernando County, Florida as the organization’s designated MAPS location. Backed by a Florida nonprofit founded in 1970, Operation PAR brings decades of evidence based care to clients and families seeking lasting recovery.

The program specializes in opioid use disorder treatment using methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone alongside counseling for alcohol and other substance use disorders.

Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder

This Spring Hill location is purpose-built as a Medication Assisted Patient Services site, offering methadone maintenance, buprenorphine, and oral naltrexone for adults with opioid use disorder. Services include psychiatric evaluations, physical exams and lab work, psychosocial assessments, and random drug testing to support each stage of recovery.

Treatment pairs medication with counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, contingency management using the Matrix Model, and relapse prevention. Clients also access family counseling and life management skills, HIV and hepatitis risk education with aftercare referrals to reinforce long-term stability.
