Welcome to Jessie Trice Community Health Center Jefferson Reaves House. We offer a variety of services to help those struggling with addiction and mental health issues. Our alcohol rehab program offers help for those struggling with alcoholism. Our dual diagnosis program is designed for those who are struggling with both addiction and mental health issues. Our opioid addiction program is designed specifically for those struggling with addiction to opioids. We also offer programs for adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, women, and young adults. Our inpatient rehab program provides 24/7 care for those in need. We also offer aftercare support to help our patients transition back to everyday life. Our creative arts therapy and family therapy programs help our patients explore their creativity and heal from trauma.
