FAQs
What levels of outpatient care does Branches offer?
You’ll find two levels of outpatient care. Partial hospitalization is the full-time track, and it meets every weekday. Adults come in the morning and children and teens come in the afternoon. The part-time level is an intensive outpatient program, with its own morning and afternoon split. Both levels are offered in the programs here, including the women’s mental health program.
Can adults attend from home if they can't come in?
Sometimes, and only as a short-term option for adults when illness or something unexpected keeps them from coming in. Walk-ins are taken from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The clinic is in a suburban medical complex, and lunch and snacks are provided during the day. You can read about outpatient treatment if the come-in setup is what you’re weighing.
How do you pay for services at Branches?
Most insurance plans are accepted. Medicare is accepted too, and so are employee assistance programs and credit cards. If you’ve got those, you can use them for payment of services.
Who is day treatment open to at this clinic?
Adults, adolescents from 13 to 17 and children from 6 to 12 can come for weekday day treatment, full-time or part-time. There’s a women’s mental health program here too, and it runs at both outpatient levels. Licensed counselors work with adults as well as adolescents and children who need more mental health help. For adolescent ages, see teen rehab and then check the 13 to 17 window.
What time do the day programs meet?
Partial hospitalization meets every weekday. Adults are in from 8 a.m. to noon, and teens and children are scheduled from 12:30 until 4:30 p.m. Intensive outpatient hours run 10 a.m. to noon for adults. Children and teens come at 2:30 and finish at 4:30 p.m. Both outpatient levels, including the women’s mental health program, use those patterns.
