About Azleway Substance Abuse Program

Azleway is a nonprofit organization that has been providing substance abuse and dual diagnosis treatment in Texas since 1957. We offer a variety of services including inpatient and outpatient rehab, experiential therapy, family therapy, and group and individual therapy. We also have a men’s rehab program and a young adult rehab program. Our mission is to provide quality, compassionate care to those who are struggling with addiction and mental health issues.
