Welcome to Kilbarchan Residential Treatment. We offer a variety of services to help our patients heal and recover from addiction and mental illness. We offer dual diagnosis treatment for those who suffer from both addiction and mental illness. We also offer a variety of therapy options, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and experiential therapy. We offer family therapy and group therapy, as well as individual therapy. Our trauma therapy is designed to help our patients heal from past traumas.
