Vantage Health System is a Bergen County nonprofit behavioral health organization offering licensed long term residential addiction treatment at its Northvale, New Jersey location.

Long Term Adolescent Residential Substance Use Treatment

Licensed by the New Jersey Division of Addiction Services, it operates as part of Vantage’s historical Touchstone Hall, a 50 bed male adolescent residential substance abuse center.

Support for Criminal Justice Clients and Spanish Speakers

Beyond its adolescent focus, the program specifically serves criminal justice clients and is listed in connection with the DUI Initiative.

Spanish language services are available, expanding access for families across the community.

Vantage Health System provides in person residential care at its Northvale location and serves Bergen County, with broader outpatient services in Dumont and Englewood.

The program accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private and military insurance including VA and TRICARE, along with self pay, sliding scale fees, payment assistance and state funding.

Therapies

Group Therapy
Attending group therapy in New Jersey is a way to overcome shame and isolation, helping you establish long-term recovery. Group therapy is a common part of both inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment, and may be used to help with skill-building, processing, and presenting educational information.
Individual Therapy
During individual therapy in New Jersey, clients work with a professional to address specific individual concerns. Individual focuses on improving both behavioral and emotional health. You may explore thought processes, develop motivation to change, and/or explore past events that may have played a part in your substance use.
