About Bright Harbor Healthcare Outpatient and Adult Partial Care Services

Located in Bayville, New Jersey, is the Bright Harbor Healthcare clinic. It’s in a wooded corner of Mill Creek. They work with adults who are experiencing struggles with substance use disorder or have a co-occurring depression diagnosis. Services are offered in an outpatient setting.

For many people starting recovery, detox might be required to start treatment. However, it can be difficult to get access to inpatient detox because of cost of care, lack of insurance, and other factors.

At Bright Harbor Healthcare, these obstacles are minimized through ambulatory withdrawal management, also known as outpatient detox. This is a type of detox where you come into the office to work with your medical team. However, at the end of the day or at the end of your treatment, you get to go back to the comfort of your own home.

Ambulatory withdrawal management at Bright Harbor Healthcare happens in a safe and comfortable space. You can lounge in one of their available recliners, watch tv, and be around others who are also moving through detox. The medical team will have eyes on you throughout the process ensuring withdrawal symptoms are managed appropriately.

Medication assisted treatment is also available at Bright Harbor Healthcare. You’ll work with your care team to undergo a psychiatric evaluation, and depending on your circumstances, you might benefit from Vivitrol or Suboxone therapy.

In addition to evidence based services, there’s also person-focused therapy such as recovery coaching with experienced peers. You can benefit from these supportive peers who help bring their own life experience, making your recovery more meaningful.

Recovery coaching will also help you connect with others who have successfully gone through the recovery process. This will empower and motivate you to stick to your goals as well.
