About OnCall Healthy Living Program

OnCall Healthy Living Program is a licensed office based medication assisted treatment program in Northampton, Massachusetts serving adults with opioid and alcohol dependence. Inspected and licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Bureau of Substance Addiction Services, OnCall emphasizes rapid access and harm reduction to meet clients when they’re ready for change.

Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid and Alcohol Dependence

OnCall’s core specialty is outpatient MAT for opioid and alcohol use disorders offering same day or next day intake to ensure timely access during the critical window when clients are ready for treatment.

The program provides multiple medication options, including Suboxone, Sublocade  which is injectable extended release buprenorphine, Vivitrol as injectable naltrexone, and oral naltrexone.

Treatment follows evidence based protocols within a harm reduction framework helping patients stabilize, reduce cravings, and prevent relapse. The program also includes overdose education and Narcan training as part of comprehensive care designed to address both immediate safety and long term recovery goals.

Integrated Counseling and Therapeutic Support

OnCall requires all patients to participate in therapy alongside medication management, with two in-house substance abuse certified therapists providing client and group counseling. This integrated approach addresses the psychological and behavioral aspects of addiction, equipping patients with coping skills and ongoing support to sustain recovery.
