Welcome to Column Health Brighton! We offer several services to help those struggling with addiction, including alcohol rehab, dual diagnosis, and opioid addiction. We also offer adult, men’s, and women’s programs, as well as young adult rehab. Our outpatient rehab and detox treatment options allow you to receive the care you need in a safe and comfortable environment. Addiction Treatment Programs

Alcohol Rehab

Acute Treatment Services (ATS)
ATS at BMC Brighton delivers acute-level addiction treatment services alongside SECAP Detox, offering a structured hospital-based level of care for individuals with substance use disorders in Brighton, Massachusetts.
Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD)
BMC Brighton offers medication treatment for opioid use disorder including methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone), and naltrexone (Vivitrol), integrated with counseling and recovery support services.

Insurance Coverage

Medicaid

The Addiction Medicine Department at BMC Brighton offers outpatient services including evaluation, counseling, and medication treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorder following inpatient detoxification.

Aftercare Support
BMC Brighton connects patients to community resources and ongoing recovery supports after detox and acute treatment, helping sustain progress through referrals to outpatient and inpatient programs as needed.

Therapies

Family Therapy
During family therapy in Massachusetts, clients and their loved ones can address dysfunctional relationships, resentments, and conflicts in order to create healthier relationships that support the client’s recovery. Family therapy sessions generally last 60 to 90 minutes and may include discussing marital issues, codependency, grief, domestic violence, trauma, and other topics that impact families. The goal is to create healthier relationships that can support recovery.
Group Therapy
