Westminster Recovery Center is a state licensed outpatient substance use treatment center that serves people across Maryland.

The program treats substance use disorders and mental health concerns for people ages 13 and up, as well as through older adulthood.

With both in person and statewide virtual options, the center offers flexible treatment designed to fit around your school, family and legal obligations while helping you build a long lasting recovery.

Intensive Outpatient Programs

The center’s core specialty is outpatient substance use care including intensive outpatient programs.

IOP offers structured care six days a week with three evening options and weekly therapy. This is followed by step down care over approximately three months.

You can also benefit from an 18 week specialized relapse prevention aftercare component and peer recovery specialists who can assist with court support and GED prep as well as resumes and housing applications.

Dedicated Legal System Support

The center provides DWI/DUI services for those completing court or probation, attorney or MVA requirements and includes a six week education program and a six month outpatient program.

Staff coordinate with probation officers and attorneys, MVA and court systems to help clients meet their obligations.
