About Mountain Manor Outpatient Services – Eastern Avenue

Formerly known as EPOCH Counseling Center, this facility was transferred to Maryland Treatment Centers, Mountain Manor, in 2018. While it used to be based in Essex, you’ll now find it in Baltimore, Maryland. Now known as Mountain Manor Dundalk, the facility offers support for both teens and adults. Maryland Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans are accepted. Sliding scale fees are also available, and public funds may be available to those eligible.
