LifeSkills Park Place Recovery Center offers a residential treatment program in Bowling Green, Kentucky for men recovering from substance use disorders. The 35 bed facility is designed to support individuals with chronic or advanced addiction through a variety of evidence based services. You will receive high-quality care as they are CAR -accredited. Self pay options are available with a sliding fee scale.

Residential Treatment at Park Place

Non-medical detoxification is provided if you are struggling with minor physical withdrawal symptoms. You will work closely with a therapist to create an individualized treatment plan and set personalized goals that align with your recovery journey.

During your time in group therapy you will be able to explore your thoughts and behaviors, build accountability and gain insights from others who are also in recovery. Family involvement is also encouraged through family sessions and group meetings. These sessions will help rebuild trust and foster a supportive home environment.

12 Step Principles

I like that you will be introduced to the principles of 12 step recovery programs early in your treatment. You’ll participate in regular meetings and speaker events. After completing the residential program, you can attend weekly aftercare sessions to maintain your progress and continue building life skills in a supportive setting.

Family Friendly Sober Activities Nearby

Kereiakes Park is great for family friendly activities. This park offers tennis and basketball courts, walking trails, baseball fields and an 18 hole disc golf course. You will also be able to enjoy a picnic or the gardens.

The Historic Railpark and Train Museum is in a restored 1925 depot. Their exhibits provide the history of the railroads nearby. They have interactive galleries and also highlight the impact the Civil War had on railroads.
