About Hope In the Mountain

Hope in the Mountains is a CARF accredited Kentucky licensed AODE addiction treatment provider in Prestonsburg serving adults in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. The program offers a full continuum of care including residential treatment and transitional living as well as outpatient services while also supporting clients with co-occurring mental health conditions.

Nestled in the Appalachian Mountains the facility centers its work around “real life” rehabilitation that builds accountability, life skills, and community reintegration.

Hope in the Mountains guides clients through a staged journey that moves from intake and orientation into high and low intensity residential treatment, transitional living, and outpatient support.
