About Chrysalis Family Program

Chrysalis Family Program is a women focused addiction treatment center in Lexington, Kentucky offering substance use care for adult women and their families.

This Hill Rise location of Chrysalis House provides outpatient services, residential treatment and certified recovery housing for those recovering from alcohol and other drugs.
