About Redirect Counseling Services

Redirect Counseling Services is a Valdosta counseling and education provider offering substance abuse care, DUI education and compliance related services across South Georgia.

The program delivers outpatient counseling, alcohol and drug assessments, DOT SAP services, Prime For Life and a program for adults navigating recovery, court or licensing requirements.

Redirect aims to be a low-cost, non-judgmental resource that helps clients meet their goals while feeling supported in a warm welcoming setting.

Outpatient Substance Abuse Counseling

Redirect’s core specialty is outpatient substance abuse counseling, available both in person and virtually.

The team holds credentials in clinical evaluation, MRT facilitation, Prime For Life, group facilitation and peer recovery support, bringing decades of community experience to each client.

Treatment begins with an alcohol and drug assessment to determine the right fit with options including a short-term track meeting once weekly for at least nine weeks.

They offer a longer 17-week format and a one-year intensive that steps down from three sessions a week to one.

Sessions blend education, group work and evidence-based tools designed to address both behavior change and underlying recovery needs.

DUI Education and Compliance Services

Redirect also supports clients with court, probation, employer and driver services requirements through DUI School, Prime For Life 420 and DOT SAP services.

The DOT SAP track includes evaluation, treatment recommendations, referrals, compliance monitoring and follow-up reporting, while a Family Violence Intervention Program offers men’s classes with virtual options.
