Atlanta Mission The Potter’s House is a long term faith based addiction treatment provider in Jefferson, Georgia offering a year long residential recovery program for adult men experiencing chemical addiction.

Set on a 550 acre farm the program blends trauma informed counseling and Christian spiritual formation as well as peer mentorship, education, and vocational preparation. Participants often describe the campus as a safe community centered place to rebuild self worth and lasting recovery.

What kind of addiction treatment does The Potter’s House offer?

The Potter’s House provides a twelve-month non-medical residential recovery program that includes trauma-informed counseling and licensed-counselor-led clinical groups, process and recovery groups, and structured life-skills classes. Twelve Step coaching pairs each man with a peer mentor and on-site sober living helps graduates transition back to daily life.

Who can get help here?

The program serves adult men age 18 and older facing chemical addiction including those affected by homelessness and trauma, legal involvement, or unemployment. It is designed for men seeking a Christian faith-centered path to recovery through worship and Bible study, prayer, and community living.

The setting offers a lower-distraction environment with outdoor recreation like volleyball and pickleball, basketball, and softball.
