About Avita Community Partners Adolescent Clubhouse
Welcome to Avita Community Partners Adolescent Clubhouse. We offer a variety of rehabilitative services for adolescents, young adults, men, and women struggling with addiction. Our alcohol and drug rehab programs are designed to help our clients achieve sobriety and maintain long-term recovery. We offer both inpatient and outpatient rehab services, as well as group therapy to support our clients in every step of their journey.
