About DUI Evaluations

DUI Evaluations is a state-approved evaluation center in Atlanta for clients who need court-ordered DUI clinical evaluations and alcohol and drug assessments. All evaluations are conducted by Georgia DBHDD-approved, addiction-certified professionals who provide structured assessments and actionable next steps for clients referred by courts, probation or family services.

Court-Ordered DUI Evaluations

DUI Evaluations specializes in helping clients fulfill court and probation requirements through clinical evaluations for DUI, public intoxication, reckless driving, possession charges and DFCS referrals. Each evaluation includes a detailed interview, screening and assessment tools and diagnosis with treatment recommendations if needed.

The evaluation process is designed to clarify substance use history, identify patterns and provide a roadmap for DUI school attendance, clinical follow-up, and completion of any recommended outpatient treatment. Clients receive documentation to submit to courts or probation with clear communication of completed hours and compliance milestones.
