At Creoks Mental Health Services Tahlequah, we offer a variety of services to help our patients heal and recover. We offer dual diagnosis services for those struggling with both mental illness and addiction, as well as specialized programs for young adults, adults, and the elderly. We also offer a variety of therapy options, including cognitive behavioral therapy, experiential therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and individual therapy.
