WestBridge Chestnut Street is a dual diagnosis treatment center in Manchester, New Hampshire.

The nonprofit provides a full continuum of services, including residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and a Community Integration Program.

WestBridge takes an evidence based, family centered approach that treats psychiatric and substance use conditions concurrently through one coordinated team.

Integrated Dual Diagnosis Programs

Treatment often begins with an assessment to determine the right starting point along the continuum.

Adults can enter residential care in Manchester or step into PHP, which runs five hours per day, five days per week for roughly four to six weeks and includes psychiatric evaluation, medication management and family services.

The IOP offers morning and afternoon tracks with hybrid virtual and in person attendance, while the CIP delivers Assertive Community Treatment style support in homes and the community.

Clients engage in CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment and Milieu Therapy.
