About CODAC at Alvernon

CODAC at Alvernon was a Tucson, Arizona substance use treatment program that provided outpatient addiction and mental health care for adults as part of the broader CODAC behavioral health network.

Formerly located at 630 North Alvernon Way, this site relocated in 2022 to CODAC at Speedway, continuing its mission of integrated, whole person care.

CODAC combines evidence based addiction treatment with mental health, primary care and recovery support services for lasting wellness.

MAT and Psychiatry

CODAC’s substance use continuum includes standard outpatient treatment and intensive outpatient treatment, along with medication assisted treatment and psychiatry for cooccurring concerns.

New substance use intakes are available 24/7 through the CODAC network, with mental health services tied to the former Alvernon site now offered at CODAC at Speedway.

CODAC treats opioid, alcohol and methamphetamine use alongside dual diagnosis mental health needs.
