Here, residents have access to 24-hour staff assistance and accountability. You’ll learn how to develop healthy life skills that support recovery. This includes cleanliness, budgeting and shopping for personal and household items, exercise and health, good communication skills and more.

All residents will be assigned daily chores and take part in weekend group cleanings. They’ll also be accountability circles and house meetings regularly. Residents will learn all about having sober fun with weekend activities that may include hiking, movies, and bowling..

You’ll have access to a range of different exercise and health promoting activities like crossfit, yoga and sports. You’ll also have regular communications with the onsite house manager to plan and organize your day.

A typical business day includes cooking and eating breakfast and doing chores in the morning, followed by a check-in with the housing manager. you’ll go to the clinical center for treatment which could also include lab testing or medical assistance. You will be shuttled back for lunch to cook and clean up together and do some afternoon chores.

After lunch, you’ll return to the clinic again for therapy in the afternoon. Have some free time in the evening and join 12 Step meetings at night followed by an accountability meeting with your house. Weekends are more relaxed and give you time to rest, create new habits and develop some skills.
