Addiction Treatment With MAT

Embark Recovery’s core focus is treating substance use disorders across every level of care including inpatient residential, PHP and IOP, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). This continuum lets clients step down at a comfortable pace with PHP averaging 15 to 30 days and IOP running six to 12 weeks with morning and evening groups.

Treatment draws on CBT and DBT, trauma-informed care and psychoeducation, and 12-Step principles delivered through group and one-on-one counseling. Alumni and families describe the program as effective after prior treatment attempts welcoming clients “with open arms and open hearts.”

Integrated Mental Health and Co-Occurring Care

Beyond substance use Embark treats co-occurring conditions such as anxiety and depression, anger, OCD, and trauma-related disorders. Clients benefit from weekly psychiatrist visits and spiritual care with practical life-readiness support like employment readiness, financial education, and family involvement.

Embark Recovery serves men and women at its Prescott location with PHP and IOP available both in office and virtually. Aftercare includes ongoing counseling and support groups with community resources.
