NATIVE HEALTH Central is a Phoenix outpatient behavioral health provider licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services, offering substance use treatment within a broader community health center model.

The Central location provides individual and group counseling, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and court ordered services for adolescents and adults ages 12 and up.
