About The Bridge

The Campbell Center is an outpatient substance use treatment program in Mobile, Alabama operated by The Bridge, a longtime Alabama nonprofit.

It provides individualized care for adolescents, young adults and adults, including support for co-occurring mental health conditions.

Built on a research informed and community linked model, the program partners with courts, schools and local mental health resources to meet clients where they are.

Adolescent and Family Outpatient Treatment

With more than 50 years of service history, The Bridge brings a strong adolescent and family orientation to outpatient care.

The Campbell Center offers regular outpatient substance use treatment, with adolescent services designed for males and females ages 12 to 18. Screening and assessment are available in person or via telehealth.

Treatment blends counseling with proven approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and relapse prevention.

Sessions focus on both recovery skills and underlying issues, with family involvement and community referral pathways helping support lasting change.

Trauma Informed Services

The Campbell Center serves special populations including LGBT clients, criminal justice involved clients and those affected by trauma, sexual abuse or domestic violence.

Trauma related counseling and anger management complement core substance use services.

Additional supports include case management, social skills development and discharge planning, aftercare and sign language services for deaf and hard of hearing clients.

The program is located at 722 Downtowner Loop West in Mobile, Alabama offering in person care with telehealth options for assessments and therapy.

The Campbell Center accepts Medicaid, private insurance and self pay, with government and block grant funding helping serve adolescents and families regardless of ability to pay.
