About The 4th Dimension

The 4th Dimension is a sober living community in Birmingham (Hoover), Alabama that provides structured recovery residences for adults working to maintain sobriety and transition into independent living. The facility provides two main programs for individuals who need foundational support and those who have completed primary treatment and are ready to strengthen recovery skills.

Building a Strong Foundation

The 4th Dimension offers the Pre-Launch Program, designed to help individuals build a strong foundation early in recovery with structure and accountability. The Launch Program is a long-term structured sober living option that supports residents as they rebuild life skills and work toward independent living.

Both programs emphasize personal growth, behavior modification and tools to manage triggers and everyday stressors.

Gender-Specific Programming

The 4th Dimension serves adult men and women in recovery with separate gender-specific sober living homes to provide safe, supportive environments. The community is designed for individuals ready to commit to structure, house rules and recovery-focused activities.

Guests may attend support group meetings for accountability and techniques to continue their sobriety. The 4th Dimension is in a safe, peaceful area offering a comfortable and supportive setting for recovery.

It is a private pay program that accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards. Flexible payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis for those who qualify.
