Welcome to the Lutheran Social Services Community Transition Center. We offer a variety of services to help people struggling with addiction and mental health issues. Our programs include alcohol and drug rehab, dual diagnosis treatment, outpatient and inpatient care, sober living homes, and aftercare support. We use a variety of therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, experiential therapy, and trauma therapy.
